The location of the hotel was great, with good transport links and supermarkets nearby. It was convenient to have a small shopping complex close by as well. the good bus connections made it easy to get to and from the city center.
One of the drawbacks was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. We could hear the neighbors talking quietly, which affected the overall sleep quality.

Located on the outskirts of town, The Hideout is easily accessible by bus or taxi. It is conveniently situated really close to a bus stop, allowing guests to reach the city center in approximately 30 minutes. The friendly hosts provide helpful information about the area and bus routes. The facilities, including the shared bathrooms and kitchen, are clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the spacious rooms and pet-friendly policy make for a comfortable stay.
One negative aspect of this accommodation is that the shared bathrooms were not always clean and lacked basic amenities like toilet paper and functioning lights.

The Hideout is located on the outskirts of town, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. With a bus stop right by the hotel, it's easy to reach the city center in just 30 minutes or so. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for things to do and see in the area. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with ample amenities and board games for entertainment. Guests also appreciate the spotless bathrooms and the quick breakfast options available.
One downside mentioned by some guests is the lack of soundproofing in the guest rooms, which can lead to noise disturbances and lack of privacy.

Wonderful hosts, made me feel very welcome. the guest house was modern and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. the bedroom was comfortable, warm, and clean, and the bathroom was modern and tidy. the location was great, with the local town just a 5-minute walk away, offering plenty of shops, restaurants, and pubs with fantastic live music. the frequent bus service into the city center was convenient.
The pictures didn't do justice to the place. the hot tub was not easily accessible, as it required walking through a locked door.

The owners were incredibly helpful, suggesting activities and even recommending a bus pass for easy access to central Dublin. the location was perfect, just a 30-minute bus ride away from all the action. the rooms were spacious with comfortable bunk beds and plenty of board games for entertainment. the facilities, including the showers, were spotless. And to top it off, there was a quick breakfast provided. We can't wait to return!
No 🙅♀️.

We had a fantastic stay at Hideout ! in a quiet neighborhood. the owners were incredibly helpful and provided us with detailed information about bus and taxi connections to and from the city and airport. the communication with them was excellent, and they even gave us a map of the area. the DIY breakfast options were great, with tea, coffee, eggs, toast. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we particularly liked the USB charger near the bed. a highly recommended guest house. Cons: Nothing - it was perfect! 👌.

The self-serve breakfast was a thrilling adventure, especially when fighting for space in the fully equipped bathroom. Oh, and let's not forget the seasonal hot tub. for those lucky enough to visit in March or September.
The shared lounge area was just too inviting, making me waste precious time relaxing instead of exploring. Ugh, such a burden.
